We heard recently about a company who when they’re signing you up take all your contact numbers, home, mobile, work etc. They need to be able to contact you, right? Well, no.
Customers have a seven day cooling off period from when they agree to buy windows. Often if they feel they’ve been conned, paid too much or otherwise aren’t happy they exercise that right to cancel. However this company had entered all the customer’s phone numbers into their phone system blocklist, meaning the customer couldn’t get through to cancel! After the seven days was up they unblocked the numbers, but of course by then it was too late.
Never underestimate how devious shady double glazing companies can be!
